Piplo Productions partnered with Maya Vakfi and Project Lift to develop the Arabic and Turkish versions of the book. As part of World Refugee Day, they distributed 1000 free copies to Syrian Refugee families and organizations that partner with them.

We launched the book and free English PDF on February 17th, 2017.
As of October, 8, 2017, 9,504 of you have visited our website. You come from 91 different countries and 2128 cities. Many of you have reached out (some were connected before) and Once I Was Very Very Scared is now being translated into Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, German, Swedish, and Norwegian. We are so excited that around the world people are finding our stories useful.
