We try to create resources to help families heal. These resources are for use with the book Once I Was Very Very Scared. You have the right to use them and make copies for families and others, so long as they are provided free of charge. You may not include them in other materials or download and post them to other sites. For additional details on how to use them as part of trainings or large group activities, please see our Use Guidelines.

Help the Animals

Let's help the animals from the story Once I Was Very Very Scared.  Children can write or draw  what the animals do when they are scared, angry, frustrated, embarrassed, or ashamed.  You can help them think about what might help the animals and write or draw their answers in the box.  While they help the animals, we can help them think about what helps them when they feel this way.
